Okay so, Switchfoot is my favorite band. I heard that they were coming to FL to do a concert in West Palm Beach. I tried to get tickets, but they were sold out before I could get a hold on some. There were tears. There was bitter, bitter sadness. At least until I found out that they would be in Jacksonville on the 24th of April. It was really late at night when I found out and I screamed at the top of my lungs with joy. There's a lot of details, I know, I just want to make sure you understand. ;)
So we went to the concert, here's a pic of us waiting in line...
The concert was awesome, they did my absolute favorite song, 'Love is the Movement' and they also did 'Learning to Breathe,' 'Dare You To Move' and a bunch of other songs. During 'Awakening' the lead singer, Jon Foreman, got off the stage and went to the other end of the theater, I helped him down! How awesome is that????!!!
Yeah, we weren't allowed to take pictures during the concert and, because of my obedient and respectful nature, I did as I was told. Hey, there's a first time for everything. lol
After the concert, we waited out by Switchfoot's bus so we could meet the band. They were busy meeting the fan club so we waited for awhile until they came out.
Hehehehe....
After meeting the band, we went to a small coffee shop place where Jon Foreman did a small acoustic performance. It was awesome.
So then we left, droppped everyone off, then I fell asleep at 3:00 am then slept in till 7:00. It was amazing.

Just to give you fair warning, this will not be a long post. I've perfected
the art of procrastination and ya'll get to see the facade of productivity
